Know Before You Float

At Piggy Tiki Bar, we believe in keeping the experience breezy — but also clear.

Here’s everything you need to know before setting sail on your floating escape.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • Cancel 7+ days before your cruise and receive a full refund.
  • Cancel 3–6 days before and receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to reschedule based on availability.
  • Tours from Nassau receive a 50% refund if cancelled 7+ days before cruise and is non-refundable within 7 days.
  • No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Private charters may have additional terms — please inquire when booking. 

Weather Policy

We operate rain or shine, but in the case of unsafe sea conditions or extreme weather, we may cancel or delay tours. If your cruise is canceled due to weather, you’ll be offered the choice of a full refund or a reschedule.

Alcohol Policy

  • Alcohol is served only to guests 18 years and older.
  • The crew reserves the right to limit or refuse alcohol service to any guest for safety, legal, or behavioral reasons.
  • Outside alcohol is not permitted onboard.

Safety Policy

  • All cruises are operated by a licensed Bahamian captain and trained crew.
  • Life jackets are onboard and available at all times.
  • A First Aid Kit is onboard and available at all times.
  • A marine-safe Fire Extinguisher is onboard in case of an unlikely emergency.
  • Guests must follow the instructions of the crew at all times for their safety and the safety of others.
  • Guests who are visibly intoxicated prior to boarding may be refused entry with no refund.
  • Guests who are visibly intoxicated during the cruise will only be offered mocktails and soft drinks.

Age Policy
Guests must be 18+ to board and to consume alcoholic beverages.

Accessibility
Our boat is not currently wheelchair accessible and does require the ability to step from the dock to the vessel. If you require special assistance, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Onboard Etiquette

  • Our cruises are laid-back, classy, and vibe-forward — not a rowdy booze cruise.
  • Please respect the space, the crew, and your fellow guests.
  • We keep the music lively but not loud — conversations > chaos.

What to Bring

  • Sunscreen (reef-safe recommended)
  • Sunglasses, hat, swimwear
  • Towel (if you plan to swim)
  • Small bag for personal items
  • Credit or debit card (we’re cashless!)
  • A relaxed, easygoing island spirit 

Cashless Payments
Piggy Tiki Bar is a cash-free experience. We accept all major credit cards and contactless payments for drink refills, merchandise, and add-ons.

Prohibited Items

  • Outside alcohol or drugs
  • Large or hard-sided coolers
  • Disrespectful or disruptive behavior
  • Smoking or vaping onboard
  • Glass containers 

Photo & Social Media

  • We love seeing your island moments come to life!
    Tag us  at @PiggyTikiBar and use #OinkSquad for a chance to be featured in our floating gallery of good vibes.
  • While you’re capturing the magic, please be mindful of fellow guests — privacy and respect make the experience unforgettable for everyone.
  • Occasionally, we may have a photographer onboard during our group cruises.
    Group photos will be shared after the tour, so everyone can take home a few extra memories
